A home check will be completed to help ensure the match. 4)ADOPTION CONTRACT,PAYMENT Contract, Fee and Starter Doggie Bag ( 5lbs Taste of Wild- Assort of Treats- Toys- Leash-Collar-Harness and a Selt Belt to keep the dog safe when in the car) WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR ADOPTION Spayed or Neutered Rabies, Bordetella, Leptospirosis, DHLPP vaccines Heartworm test(depend on age) Fecal test Microchipped Fitted with a limited slip mushing collar plus leash Tagged with an ID that is maintained in a database Seen by a veterinarian if medical care is needed Behaviorist/Dog Trainer if needed Adoption Goodies Bag
