An application must be filled out and approved. Meeting with potential adopter and dog. Meeting families other pets. If too young to spay/neuter we require a contract to spay/neuter at appropriate age. Home visits, vet refs. We have the right to visit unannounced. If pet falls behind on shots or is not being cared for in a manner we deem inappropriate we will confiscate. Must sign a final contract. Our fees are based on expense involved in an individual dog or litter.
