We have an in-depth adoption contract and screening. Our area is typically low income so we typically charge $100 adoption fee, but can go lower if situation/circumstances require it. We spay/neuter every animal before adoption. We do pre-adoption for some animals/families to ensure a perfect fit. We always will take back an animal if something doesn't work out. (At any time in the animal's life)
