1) meet adoptable cats - each cat has their own unique personality and needs. meeting a cat/kitten in person to ensure a personality match is required. 2) submit application - details requested include experience, current pets in home, vet reference, supplies checklist, and standard agreements. 3) complete interview/approval - we have a detailed discussion with each potential adopter about what they desire in a companion, the needs of the particular cat, and how they plan to care for and integrate the cat into their home. we emphasise 3-3-3 and its importance. 4) finalize adoption & pay fee - both parties sign a contract with terms regarding the care of the cat. encourage contacting the rescue with any questions/issues. 5) take kitty home - all cats are required to have a carrier before leaving the adoption event, and must go straight home without delay
