Meet Rainbow!This lovely 2-year-old black-and-white girl is looking for a special home where she can settle in at her own pace. With her striking markings and gentle spirit, she's sure to win hearts—but Rainbow needs a family that understands that trust takes time. New environments can be overwhelming for her, so she'll need patience, understanding, and a quiet place to decompress while she adjusts. Once she feels safe and comfortable, her sweet personality begins to emerge, making every small milestone incredibly rewarding. At just 2 years old, Rainbow has her whole life ahead of her and is hoping to find someone willing to give her the time she needs to blossom. All she's asking for is a chance, a little patience, and a forever home where she can truly shine.Adoptable cats/kittens are spayed/neutered, started on core vaccines per shelter protocols, microchipped, FIV/FeLV tested, and started on monthly preventatives. Adoptions hours (no appointment needed) are M/T/W/F 10 am - 12:30 pm and 2 pm -4 pm; TH 10 am -12:30 pm and 2 pm -6:30 pm, and SAT 9 am -1 pm. To schedule an appointment outside of those hours, and/or to learn more information regarding a particular animal, please call the Feline Department at 410-848-4810 ext 816. If no one answers, please leave a detailed message with your name and phone number, and the call will be returned by end of business Monday - Friday.Adopters can prepare for their visit by being 18 years of age or older, having permission from their landlord to bring a new pet into their household, having some form of ID that shows their current address, and by bringing a suitable carrier to take their new companion home in. The adoption fee can be paid using cash, debit or credit and is based on age: Cats 1 year and younger are $75; cats 2 years to 7 years are $50; and 8 years and older are $25.
