Zahara is an absolutely adorable mixed breed girl who made her way to us from Louisiana. Her story is a heartbreaking one. Zahara was a devoted mom down south, and while another rescue stepped in to save her puppies, they left Zahara behind. We couldn't bear the thought of her being forgotten, so we made sure she got her chance too. Now safe with us, Zahara is proving what a wonderful dog she is. She's friendly, happy, and full of goofy charm that will keep you smiling. Zahara loves people, gets along well with other dogs, and has the kind of easygoing personality that makes her a great companion. After spending her life caring for her puppies, it's finally Zahara's turn to be loved and spoiled. She is ready to leave her past behind and become someone's cherished family member. Zahara is microchipped, spayed, and up to date on vaccines. All she needs now is a family to call her own
