New Foster Cat: MEET PEPPER! I am a 3 1/2 year old black mini panther. I am a boy. I am so friendly! I just love you. I have a 3/4 crooked tail that gives me so much personality! You can’t see it now, but it makes me so unique. I do great with cats and kids, but do NOT like dogs. Look at my gorgeous hazel eyes. Black cats are the prettiest color out there.
