Description

Buon giorno! I am Gio, a floofy black boy kitty of 8 years! At some point, I was someone's pet, because both my front and back feet are declawed. Believe it or not, though, I was found outside as a stray. It wasn't easy being out on my own with only my teeth to defend me, and the shelter says that whoever adopts me must commit to keeping me as an indoor-only cat. I do love attention and pets, though I'm very sensitive about my rear end being pet. Also, as is common in declawed cats, I do sometimes give very hard love bites, so I might not be the best choice for someone with small children. But I'm a charming, loving boy who also, despite my age, loves to play! I can bat a mouse toy around with the excitement of a kitten.    The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA.
