Hi there friends! My name is Mae and I am about a year old! I am a sweet, friendly girl that loves people! So much so that I can get a bit anxious when you leave me behind. I am pretty much still a puppy so my family will need to teach me things just like you would a pup. I love to run around in the fenced in yard at the shelter and I chase balls too! I love treats but sometimes I just like to hide them to find them later. If you're looking for a hound, I'm the girl for you! I was surrendered to the shelter with some of my hound family. Our owner had many awards and trophies in boar hunting with my ancestors, so I was bred to have a prey drive. Please remember this and do proper research before adopting me (and any dog!).
