05/27/26 16:05Due out 5/28/26~6 yr old M intact frenchie with the following diagnoses:- severe wear at all teeth - all teeth worn down to gum line- severe stertor due to brachycephalic airway disease - efforted breathing for handling- chronic ear infections (1+ yeast on microscope) - right sided head tilt (peripheral vestibular disease) - r/o idiopathic (without cause) vs middle ear disease (e.g. infection) vs ear pain vs other --> no other neurologic signs- single draining tract on toe suggestive of previous foxtail Friendly demeanor, low fear/anxiety/stress for medical handlingEar infections treated with compounded otic prep.In need of urgent rescue.
