Cece is a 12-year-old tortie girl who's made it abundantly clear that she's still very much in her affection-receiving prime. She'll meow for your attention, lean hard into every pet that comes her way, and respond to a good head rub or butt scratch with the occasional dramatic roll-over for emphasis.
