Hi… I’m Blondie.  I came from a really bad situation where I had to fight just to get food, and I wasn’t treated very kindly by my previous owner. Even after everything I’ve been through, I still have so much love to give. I’m around 7 years old, and all I really want now is a safe, loving home. I’m great with kids, cats, and other dogs, and I’m housebroken too! I really enjoy sleeping and relaxing, but I also love car rides when it’s time to go somewhere. I’m okay on a leash, and I have a bit of a mama attitude — I like to keep an eye on everyone.  I think part of me is still a little sad after losing my puppies, but I’ve turned that love into caring for the other puppies around me. I even help them get in and out of the doggie door when they get stuck and try to look after them like they’re my own. I may have had a hard past, but my heart is still so big. I’m just hoping someone out there will give me the safe, loving home I’ve always deserved.
