Description

*Name: Irving*Age: Est DOB 3/12/26*Current Weight: 32lbs & growing *Rescued from: Texas Fostered in: New York*Adoption fee: $550 (plus $150 spay/neuter deposit, see below for more information)Meet Irving! Irving is one of those puppies who seems to have a little bit of everything going for him — playful, social, affectionate, and just independent enough to make him an easy little guy to have around. He loves being part of the action and is always happy to head outside for some running, playing, and exploring. Other dogs are definitely his kind of crowd, and he does a great job taking their cues and respecting their boundaries. He also lives with cats and thinks they are pretty great playmates too.And if your family enjoys anything involving water, Irving would very much like an invitation. As much as he loves to play, Irving isn’t a puppy who needs constant entertainment or attention. He enjoys affection, happily seeks out some love and scratches, and then is perfectly content to go relax or entertain himself. He has also shown that he can settle nicely in his crate while his foster family works, which is a pretty great skill for a young pup to already have.Irving has been doing well with children and would be a wonderful match for a family looking for a fun companion to share everyday life with — adventures outside, playtime with four-legged friends, some splashing around, and plenty of relaxing together afterward.Like all puppies, he is still growing and learning and will need a family ready to continue his training, socialization, and structure as he matures.Irving and his littermates got an unusual start to life. They were found living beneath a shed in rural Texas, where their devoted mama did everything she could to keep them safe. Thankfully, a caring local family stepped in to help, giving the puppies a safe place to grow until they were ready to begin their journey to brighter futures.Irving has come a long way from that little puppy beneath the shed. Now he’s ready for a home where he can stop being someone’s foster puppy and start being someone’s dog. Could that be with you?IMPORTANT: This dog has not yet been altered. SNARR requires a $150 deposit in addition to your adoption fee, as well as a strictly enforced Spay/Neuter Contract stating you will have this dog altered within 6 months of adoption.
