Hi there!  My name is Frankie and I am a chiweenie.We will post his weight as soon as we get the info from our vet.I am a FRIENDLY guy!  I love cats and dogs of all sizes.  I'm good with kids too.  I warm up to men after I meet them and realize they will not hurt me.  My foster Mom thinks I was likely abused by a bad man at one time.I love attention and will want to be with my people all the time.  I am scheduled to be neutered soon.  I have to be honest and tell you I still want to mark some but that will decrease once I am neutered.  I  just need a family with a little patience as I learn.Do I sound like a great guy for your family?  Fill out an application and let's get together!$300 adoption fee to help defray Frankie's vet bills.
