Description

Say hello to the cutest little cow cat, Quinlan! She is a frisky young lady right around 1 year old. Quinlan was found as a stray living in less than ideal conditions. After being rescued into foster care at around 10 months old she quickly grew to love her indoor cat life. She is playful and enjoys watching squirrels through the windows. She had never been handled by humans in her first 10 months of life so she is still adjusting to life with them. She likes to jump in bed and on the couch with her foster mom to get lots of pets and snuggle in the crook of her arm. Quinlan is still really nervous of new people though and often runs away when anyone walks up to her. She does not know how to be held yet but is working on it. She will need a quieter home without young children. A patient family willing to give her time will help Quinlan blossom quickly! She especially LOVES other cats and follows the 3 year old resident male cat around the house. She likes to play and cuddle with others but is also good about giving space. She will make a great companion for another kitty and must have one in her future home! She also does well with the older canine in her foster home. Quinlan is being fostered in the Thornton area. Apply to meet her! Foster: HJ   Animal Rescue of the Rockies believes that every pet should find a wonderful, caring home. To ensure each pet finds the best possible home, we ask that you fill out an adoption application form so we can learn more about you and your household. We review each application we receive and will contact you as quickly as possible. A home visit will be scheduled before any pet is adopted to a new home. Once a home visit has taken place and the adoption application has been approved, we will ask you to read and sign our adoption agreement form. Our adoption fees help cover the cost of spay/neuter, veterinary exams, vaccinations, microchipping, and foster care. Highly requested breeds help cover the vet costs incurred by some of our other cats, enabling us to save more lives! $350 for purebred/highly requested kittens, 6 months or younger, such as Siamese mixes, Maine Coon mixes.  These "guardian kittens" help support our rescue work by covering vet costs for other kittens. $225 for purebred/highly requested cats older than 6 months such as Siamese mixes, Maine Coone mixes.  These "guardian cats" help support our rescue work by covering vet costs for other kittens. $225 for kittens (6 months & under)    $150 for cats (older than 6 months)    $100 for senior cats (8 years or older) If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption application  here . We want our pets to go to a lifelong new home, so thank you for your patience during the adoption process!
