Leo - scruffy cutness

Leo is a precious pup who is currently with our partner rescue in Louisiana but hoping to come to NJ soon. We do offer a foster-to-adopt trial to approved adopters. Leo is a medium-sized dog with very strong “I belong on your lap” opinions. This adorable wirehaired fox terrier has been an absolute gem since arriving in foster—calm, loving, and always ready to snuggle his way into your heart. He may not technically be tiny, but don’t tell Leo that… he’s fully committed to the lap dog lifestyle. He’s got great house manners, seems to be house- and kennel-trained, and has that easygoing personality that makes him a joy to have around. No drama, just love. If your couch (and your lap) are missing something, Leo is ready to fix that. Leo will be  fixed, micro-chipped, and is up to date on vaccines. His  adoption donation is $500. Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through they deserve a loving, committed home.
