Cosmo

Description

Cosmo found himself unwanted and in a high kill shelter in South Texas. He is good with other dogs and people, and cats are unknown.  Cosmo will need a grooming appt as soon as he arrives. All dogs and puppies require supervision and training to be successful. He recently arrived in MN and we are getting to know him more. We will be updating his bio as we get to know him.  Here's what we know so far about him. He is great with all people, a total sweetheart. He has met many dogs and does well with all of them. He LOVES to play with dogs of all sizes. When he is alone tries so hard to play with the dog in the oven/window/fridge (aka his reflection) but they just won't return the interest and he cannot figure out why.  He enjoys car rides and snuggles. He kennels easily and keeps it clean. He has been good with his potty habits with a close eye. He is good on the leash with no major pulling. He gets excited when you come home, but is quiet in the kennel once he settles (only a short protest, but a walk before kenneling helps keep him quiet). He loves his squeaky toys and chasing toys around the home. He sleeps throgh the night, but is an early riser; sun's up, he's up that's his motto. He was a perfect gentleman for his groom too.  This easy going pup will be a great addition to almost any home.  First priority will go to someone who lives in the twin cities metro in order to bring to a vetting appointment.  Please put in your application on our website mattysheartandsoulanimalrescue.rescuegroups.org.
