Maddie is a sweet 10-year-old tuxedo girl with a gentle heart and a loving personality. She has a calm, affectionate nature and is happiest enjoying cozy naps, gentle pets, and simply being close to her favorite people. She has the kind of quiet companionship that only a senior cat can offer. Maddie has a regressive FeLV (Feline Leukemia Virus) infection. While she previously tested positive for FeLV, additional bloodwork indicates her infection is regressive, meaning she is not actively infectious to other cats at this time and is unlikely to develop clinical signs related to FeLV. Her adopter should plan to follow up with their veterinarian to discuss monitoring and any recommended rechecks.After all she's been through, Maddie is ready for the loving forever home she deserves.
