Hi, I'm Bella and I'm a 3.5 year old Australian Shepherd mix. I am a sweet, friendly girl that loves to meet new people! I am dog, cat and kid friendly and I am housetrained and crate trained! I am just a happy girl who loves attention from the staff and everyone who comes to visit me! I was recently returned to the shelter after being adopted for about 6 months. I was a good girl there and they had a lot of wonderful things to say about me! Since they did not have a fenced in yard, they trained me using a beep collar to learn my territory and to leave their ducks and chickens alone! I did so good once I learned the ropes! I enjoyed playing with tennis balls and rope toys! I am a high energy dog, so I was given plenty of exercise to keep me calmer in the home with the young children. I listen well and have great manners! In the end, my family adored me but due to being picked on by the youngest child, I was not a good fit for their family. In my new home, I would appreciate children that respect my boundaries. They did discover that I will scarf my food down no matter how well I am fed! Using a slow feeder will be best in my new home!I was originally brought into the shelter due no fault of my own. My owner loved me very much but no longer had a home, so I needed to be brought into the shelter. They did mention that I am dog, cat and kid friendly and that I am housetrained.
