Monty NJ & Gwen NJ are looking for a home together after spending the last 12 years side by side. Sadly, their owner lost his home and had to make the heartbreaking decision to give them up. We know senior bonded pairs are often overlooked, but we would truly hate to separate these two best friends. Monty is a long-bodied little guy, possibly a Dachshund or Basset mix, and somehow still going strong at a shocking 15 years old! Gwen is a 12-year-old Chihuahua mix with the sweetest face. Both are in good health and have so much love left to give. They are gentle, sweet dogs who are understandably a bit timid adjusting to such a huge life change, but every day they come out of their shells more and more. They love each other deeply and find comfort being together. Monty and Gwen are good with people, dogs, and cats. They are microchipped, fixed, and up to date on vaccines. All they need now is a quiet, loving home where they can stay together for the rest of their golden years
