Found as a stray, his ear tip tells us he was neutered at some point through a community cat program — but it's clear he was never meant to be an outdoor cat. He was never claimed, and so one of our dedicated foster families opened their home to him. It's their loss and your gain.At just about a year old, Cliff is still a young guy with plenty of playful energy, but what really stands out is how affectionate and loving he is.
