Hi, my name is Summit! I was once a stray dog who ended up at a shelter where I spent many months. I'm so happy to be living in a foster home now, so I can keep on climbing to the best parts of dog life! I'm a shy guy at first and a little uncertain about strangers. But once I get to know you I'm ALL IN for the pets, the lovin', and the couch hangs! Pro tip - doggie sausages will speed up this process (yum yum yum!!). I wouldn't mind having another dog or two in my new home to help me feel safe and comfortable. I do great with meeting other dogs and enjoy being around them. As a capable jumper who likes to reach for the sky, I do need a six foot fence or a leash. I am otherwise not super high energy though as I settle in that could change. I can't wait to get to know you, and I would be on top of the world if you filled out an application and typed in my name, Summit! We can enjoy the journey together!
