Description

Please visit our web site at https://tarasdream.org/adopt to fill out an adoption application for this pet and for more info about our adoption process.  Hello everyone, my name is Maylee. I am just a young playful girl who found myself alone and homeless. My foster family literally stepped in and saved my life and gave me a new chance at life. I deserved that chance and I'm so glad they were willing to bring me into their home.  Turns out I'm pretty amazing and know plenty of important things! For example I am an excellent car rider, I know how to sit, I'm housebroken and I am perfectly comfortable in a crate when that is needed. I also do really well playing with other dogs. I am super food motivated and am working with my foster family to learn a few other important things like jumping up on people is not the best way to greet them. I can't help that I just get so excited to meet humans, but I'm learning that this isn't the universally accepted way to go about saying "Hi, I'm Maylee and I'm so pleased to meet you!" My foster mom says I'm doing a good job at learning my manners. It helps that I love treats! So, if you are looking for a buddy to play fetch with, take walks, hikes or go on runs with, I'm your girl! I am so excited to meet you, I know we could be lifelong friends.   Approximate Birthdate:  Apr 2022 Adoption Fee: $200 TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, heartworm test (if age appropriate), heartworm and flea prevention, and deworming.  TARA's pets are all eligible for a TWO WEEK TRIAL. Due to the fact that many of our dogs come from the local city shelters, we do not know the background of many of them and therefore cannot always guarantee age or breed.  Size is subjective but we use the following guidelines: Small 1-20 pounds, Med 20-50 pounds, Large 50-80 pounds, Extra Large over 80 pounds.     For more information please fill out an application.     CONTACT INFO The Animal Rescue Alliance (TARA) Web site: tarasdream.org Adoption Information & Applications: https://tarasdream.org/adopt Upcoming Adoption Events: https://tarasdream.org/events Email: email@tarasdream.org
