Penelope is an 8-month-old female Husky mix who will need to be spayed before adoption. Found as a stray in the county, she’s a true beauty with a light tan coat and white markings. Weighing 42 pounds, she’s a medium-sized pup with a playful, outgoing personality who never meets a stranger. She’s a hit with the other dogs in the play yard, and everyone wants to be her best friend. Penelope is just as great with kids and seems very smart, always observing everything happening around the shelter. If she sticks around much longer at PAHS, she might just start answering the phones herself.
