$0 ADOPTION FEE - ADOPTION FEE SPONSORED!! Maybelle is a fan favorite amongst our volunteers and we are eager to find an adopter who recognizes that she's an absolute gem. This shorthaired mixed breed beauty is the color of a perfectly blended vanilla latte. She is a lively young girl probably 2-3 years old. Maybelle is fully grown at 38 pounds, her long legs make her look like a bigger dog. She's a playful pup, the perfect mix of intelligence, affection and athleticism. She loves to zoom around the yard playing with her toys and will happily entertain herself when her people are busy. She does enjoy "liberating" all toy squeakers. Maybelle bonds closely to her favorite people and loves to make new friends. She's so happy to go for rides in the car, especially with a pit stop for a pup cup. Did we mention she's whip smart? She knows Sit, Down and Shake and loves to learn new tricks. Maybelle would be fine as an only dog, soaking up all of the love and attention she can. You can meet Maybelle at our weekly adoption event, Saturday 11:30am-1:30pm at PetSmart Eastgate. All of our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered and current on vaccines and heartworm and flea and tick prevention. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care. Our adoptable dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested, dewormed and current on flea and tick and heartworm prevention.
