Born around January 25, 2024, her warm eyes and wagging tail, Lyvia is sure to capture your heart from the moment you meet her. Lyvia's journey to finding her forever home has been nothing short of extraordinary. Alongside her six siblings, she was pulled from her momma by Leon Valley Animal Control. These  officers intervened when they discovered Lyvia and her littermates confined in distressing conditions.   The puppies were all left to endure the sweltering heat in a dry fountain without relief, food or water.   Thanks to the swift action of a good Samaritan who alerted local rescues, Lyvia and her siblings were rescued from their ordeal and given a second chance at life. Despite the hardships she's faced, Lyvia's resilient spirit remains unbroken, and her capacity for love knows no bounds. Lyvia is always watching what is going on.  She takes a few minutes to warm up to new people. Whether she's romping around in the yard or cuddled up for a nap, she's always eager for playtime and affection.
