Poppy

Description

Poppy is a 12-year-old gentle girl who is friendly, playful and social. She likes to be with people, and also be on her own sometimes, explore her world, sit in high places and look out a window at birds and chipmunks. For a napping place she loves her cozy cave on a cat tree, with a view out the window and a soft snuggle bed on top of a chair. Poppy is a social eater. She greets you purrfully at mealtimes and loves to be petted or brushed while she enjoys her chow. She is very good and proper at using her litter box. In her first home, Poppy didn't feel safe or wanted. There were rambunctious dogs, bullying cats, and people who didn't pay attention to her. Poppy would love to have several people to relate to, rather than being a companion to one or two. The perfect home for Poppy would be a spacious place with a cat-savvy family who like to dote on a senior kitty and play with her every day, and who also leave her be when she wants her private time.
