BONNIE NEEDS A FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME!!!! Name: Bonnie       Best Guess for Breed:  Australian shepherd mix, maybe with some other type of shepherd Best Guess for Age:  7 months as of May 2026         SEX:  Female   Approximate Weight: 32 lbs as of 5/19/26 - is still growing!   Gets Along With:  Other dogs! We haven't seen her with cats or kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters!   Currently Living at:   South Carolina shelter - needs a foster or forever home in the DC area to get up here.   Bonnie is Looking For:  Her forever home! Shelter staff say Bonnie has so much awesome young-dog energy and she's eager to get her own humans to burn it all off with - long sniffy walks, lots of romps, lots of adventures - yes, please! Mental and physical enrichment like advanced agility training would be terrific too!  Most of all, though, she wants to know she's safe and loved. In exchange she promises all the adoring gazes and happy tail wags and crazy expressions of love she's storing up, and loyal companionship for all her days. What do you say?
