CARRIE ANN NEEDS A FOREVER HOME!   COME MEET CARRIE ANN AND OTHER GREAT ADOPTABLE CATS ON SUNDAY 6/7 FROM 12PM-3PM AT THE PETSMART IN POTOMAC YARDS (3351 RICHMOND HIGHWAY, ALEXANDRIA, VA)!    Name: Carrie Ann Best Guess for Breed: Domestic Short Hair Age: 2 years as of 5/23/26 - Estimated DOB 3/4/24 SEX: Female Approximate Weight: 8.4 lb 4/18 Coloring: Brown Tabby  Type of Hair: Short Gets Along With: With proper introductions, Carrie Ann will likely get along with other cats, dogs and kids with an acclimation period.  We’re happy to help with tips and tricks!  Currently Living at: DC area foster home   I am Looking For: My loving forever family! Hi! I'm Carrie Ann, and I am a great kitty! I won’t ask for much- just some love, cuddles and lots of toys so I can run and play and be myself.  What the Shelter Says About Me: Easygoing momcat Carrie Ann is the ultimate lap cat! She craves cuddles and scritches. If I (her foster) sit down, Carrie Ann is immediately in my lap purring and kneading. If I put her down, I have to stand up quickly or she will jump back up. (So please be prepared for a devoted and loving lap kitty.) She is very confident, and prefers people's attention over treats or toys. Her tail is always in motion but it is more like her deep thinking habit than communicating irritation...because this girl has been sooo laid back! Carrie Ann has a youthful spirit and chases the cat dancer ribbon or fish on a string like she is a kitten! She was an attentive and loving mother to her 4 babies and raised them well in her foster home. Now Carrie Ann just wants to be loved - and played with. It is Carrie Ann's turn! What my Foster Says About Me: Coming soon! TO ADOPT: The adoption fee for adult cats is $200 ($350 for two cats adopted together). The adoption fee for a kitten (under 7 months old) is $220 ($380 for two kittens adopted together). If you are interested in adopting, please complete the Adoption Questionnaire online at bit.ly/adoptaluckycat.
