Bo (A570019) is an incredibly sweet boy who is winning hearts despite being down on his luck. He seems eager to please and may know how to sit, but appears uncomfortable due to an injured tail that is in need of amputation. Unfortunately, funding for the procedure is currently unavailable.Bo remains gentle, affectionate, and hopeful through it all. He may also be dealing with skin issues that could be related to allergies, though that has not been confirmed. What is certain is that he deserves relief, comfort, and a chance to heal.The shelter is urgently seeking a foster placement for Bo, and we’re also hoping a rescue partner will step forward to help him get the medical care he needs. This is what we learned: From Beyond a Buddy: His foster reports that he's an `angel` who loves sunbathing, tug of war, and being close to his people.He's eating well, taking care of his business outside, and healing nicely. While squirrels and passing dogs still catch his attention on walks, his biggest priority is following his foster family around and cuddling. He's able to stay on his own for a few hours at a time.Bo's surgery gave him the fresh start he needed.
