BIRDIE NEEDS A FOREVER HOME!!!!   Name:    Birdie           Best Guess for Breed:    Retriever/terrier mix     Best Guess for Age:   1.5 years old           SEX:    female   Estimated Weight:   48lbs   Gets Along With:     Other dogs! We haven't seen them with kids or cats but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters!      Currently Living at:    DC area foster home. Birdie is Looking For:   Birdie is ready to find her forever home! She's a young girl and is eager for sniffy trotting walks and romps in parks and all the adventures her new humans can dream up. Making pup pals along the way would be great. Quality kibble and a cushy dog bed - yes, those too! But you know what she wants most of all? To know where she belongs, to be safe and loved. What My Foster Says About Me: Birdie is a super sweet girl full of love. She is playful with other dogs and would love a home where she can have lots of opportunities for play time! She does well in her crate and is working on her leash training.      TO ADOPT: The adoption fee for this dog is $460, which includes the cost of routine vetting, including vaccinations and spay/neuter.
