Meet Bill-E — a sweet, snuggly boy with tons of personality!   Bill-E gets along great with other dogs and cats, loves meeting new people, and enjoys hanging out in the yard. He can be a little shy at first but warms up quickly and becomes your constant cuddle buddy.   He’s still working on house training and may mark inside, so he’ll need a patient home willing to continue helping him learn. When he gets playful, he does a funny little “silent snarl” with his lip — it looks dramatic but is just part of his goofy personality.   And his bark? Deep, raspy, and hilarious — like an old lady who smoked her whole life. Bill-E is truly one of a kind!
