Kelpie is a chatty cathy, a motormouith, has the gift of gab, very loquacious, garrulous and verbose. In other words, this boy talks a lot! He is a yooung cat and will talk your ear off if you are not paying him any mind. He loves attention and reminds us of a small child that asks questions constantly.
