General info
Description
Ranjo is very fearful and shutting down in the shelter environment. We donât have much background information on him, but itâs clear he needs a calm, quiet place to decompress and feel safe. His previous owner had him for three years and got him from a friend. Since arriving here, Ranjo has spent most of his time curled up tightly in his kennel with dilated pupils and tense body language. While he tolerated gentle petting during rounds, he seemed unsure and uncomfortable rather than relaxed.Importantly, Ranjo has not shown any aggressive behavior here â he appears overwhelmed more than anything else. We believe a foster home would help him far more than a kennel ever could. Sensitive cats like Ranjo often need time, patience, and a quiet environment before their true personalities emerge.
