Description

ALLIE CAT NEEDS A FOREVER HOME!  Name: Allie Cat  Best Guess for Breed: Domestic Short Hair  Age: 3 years as of 4/3/26     Estimated DOB: 4/13/23SEX: Female    Approximate Weight: 7lbs Coloring: Gray and White      Type of Hair: Short   Special Consideration: Allie had her tail amputated today (5/12). She is having a smooth recovery and it should not affect her quality of life once her tail is healed :) Gets Along With: With proper integration, Allie Cat will likely get along with other cats, dogs and kids with an acclimation period. We’re happy to help with tips and tricks!   Currently Living at: Foster home in the DC area! I am Looking For: My loving forever family! Hi! I'm Allie Cat, and I am a sweetheart! I won’t ask for much- just some love, cuddles and lots of toys so I can run and play and live my best life.   What My Foster Says About Me: Allie might be a perfect cat, definitely one of the best fosters I’ve had so far! She is not a picky eater at all and likes wet and dry food. She uses the litter box perfectly and doesn’t kick up or make a mess. When she got here she immediately came out of her crate to snuggle and get pets, she wasn’t scared at all. She’s very chill but still playful. She loves the scratching pad and all toys. She's one of the most affectionate cats I’ve fostered but she isn’t needy; loves her belly rubbed and scratches but isn’t all up in your business. She is very chatty and social. Based off yesterday’s adoption event and her behavior, I think she would do great with other animals…she just seems unbothered by everything. I left her home alone to run errands and she slept the whole time, so no separation anxiety! She’s also just so tiny and cute!! TO ADOPT: The adoption fee for adult cats is $200 ($350 for two cats adopted together). The adoption fee for a kitten (under 7 months old) is $220 ($380 for two kittens adopted together). If you are interested in adopting, please complete the Adoption Questionnaire online at bit.ly/adoptaluckycat.   Lucky Dog Animal Rescue does our best to provide accurate information about the cats we have for adoption.
