Buster and his sister Phoebe returned to this shelter when their owner could no longer care for them. Buster is very sweet and appreciates neck scratches and treats. He loves hanging out & napping with Phoebe. He can be wary of loud noises & too much activity and Phoebe’s presence helps calm him.
