Description

This dog is available to meet by appointment only. Brody is a Pit Bull Terrier mix just over 1 year old and weighing 65 pounds. He is a sensitive young dog who has been overwhelmed by the shelter environment and is still learning to navigate new people and routines. He attends doggie playgroup and may benefit from continued positive social experiences with other dogs. Brody would do best with patient, large-breed-experienced adopters who are familiar with shy or under-socialized dogs and can give him the time he needs to decompress and build confidence at his own pace. He may do well with appropriately matched dogs or as a solo dog with dog friends outside the home. However, a calm, confident resident dog could help him feel more secure. An adult-only home is preferred for Brody. Please submit an adoption questionnaire to meet him.
