Look at this cute little man. This is Jasper, he was found at just a few weeks outside in a trailer park. He is friendly and will have to be adopted with or to a home with another kitten or young cat and doesn't seem bothered by dogs. Currently being treated for a slight URI so he would have to wait to go home but can still be met with!
