Description

Bear’s story started in a tough place—rescued from a hoarding situation where he never got the chance to feel safe or seen. When he first arrived, he was understandably scared and unsure of people. But with time, patience, and a little love, Bear has begun to show his softer side. Now about a year old, this petite guy is still a bit shy, but every day he grows braver. His favorite comfort? Other cats. Bear absolutely thrives with feline friends and takes cues from them, which helps him feel safe and come out of his shell. Because of this, Bear would do best adopted with his sister Midnight or into a home that already has a friendly, confident kitty to show him the ropes. Bear is full of quiet potential—he just needs a patient adopter willing to give him the time and space to blossom. Watching him continue to grow into a confident, loving companion will be incredibly rewarding.
