Age: 1 year Size: 44 lbs Estimated breed: Pit bull/Bulldog mix Has lived with: Dogs, cats, older kids   Poutine showed up as a stray, taking refuge on a porch with several outdoor cats. After several days, he was picked up by animal control and taken to the shelter, where he sadly was never reclaimed. We saw his pouty face, nervous grin, and super sweet demeanor and knew we had to help him!   This boy is SPECIAL. He is still a young dog at 1 year old and he weighs 44 lbs, though he’s super short and stocky. Poutine loves playing with other dogs and is gentle with cats. He is crate trained and sleeps there through the night! We have to assume he had a home at one point, because he showed up the shelter already understanding “sit” and “paw.” We have fallen head over heels in love with Poutine and cannot wait to see which lucky family makes him a part of their own!   To adopt Poutine, please apply on our website! https://www.nirvanaanimalrescue.org/adoption-application   Poutine's adoption fee is $350, which covers his neuter, vetting, microchip, and monthly prevention.    Please note we cannot guarantee the age or breed of our dogs.
