Rain is currently in foster care and ready for adoption via our virtual process!Rain, a seven-year-old female, just arrived and is still getting settled in, so we’re just beginning to learn who they are. Her foster says "She’s been cuddly and affectionate since day 1. She has sat on my lap every day so far.
