Description

Roscoe was surrendered to us when his owner was hospitalized and no one else to care for him. He is the absolutest sweetest boy ever. He would do amazing in a home with other kitties. The only thing that lowers his chance on getting adopted is he sadly has high blood pressure. We will be willing to cover the cost of his medication as long as someone gives him the perfect home.
