Description

Meet Lucas, the big goofball searching for love!Adopted from us, but returned when his new family realized his separation anxiety was not something they were not prepared to overcome, thinking that maybe a home with more than one adult to help with both him and children would be more beneficial both to him and themselves. They were working on getting this big cutie housebroken and while he did great with the children in the home, his jumpiness was maybe more than they were prepared for. With the family who knows how to help him with his separation concerns, and who will not give up on him working to create the perfect environment for him, Lucas is going to be the BEST beloved family member! His former mom let us know that he is both VERY sweet and VERY cuddly!! The perfect combination! This adorable 2 year old is filled with goofy and silly energy, a little corny if you will! Since he has been with us, this sweet boy has met a slightly smaller spayed female and he walked right out, sat right down, laid at her feet and let her sniff him ALL over! Such the sweet and submissive boy! Come and meet this friendly and adorable guy in person to see if he is meant to spend forever with you! Lucas is super sweet, has great energy and knows sit! Meet and greets with other dogs and children are always recommended. We do not have information on how he does with cats and cannot test this.If you cannot promise forever, please wait until you can make that commitment before adopting. The 3 3 3 Rule for shelter pets:3 days to decompress3 weeks to settle in3 months to build trustLucas’s adoption fee is $80.All adoptable dogs and puppies are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on age appropriate vaccines and preventatives.
