Hey there! My name is Frostine, and I'm a orange and white girl kitty who is 6 months old. Even better, I'm a Manx, which means I don't have a tail. And in my case, that means no tail at all, just a little bit of extra fluff at the end of my booty. I'm super good at purring, and I have very soft fur, too. I like getting to play with people, and with toys, and with other kitties, like the siblings I'm sharing my cage with! It would be awesome if you wanted to adopt me with one of them as a buddy, especially since we're all really great kitties. I hope you come see me soon!   The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
