Description

Chase is a 3-month-old kitten with a big personality, a funny little voice, and a serious appreciation for being the center of attention. He isn't shy about asking for what he wants, either! Between his enthusiastic head butts, tiny vocal requests for pets, and determination to be right in your face, it's hard to resist giving this boy all the attention he asks for. And just because he's sleeping doesn't mean the petting should stop. As far as Chase is concerned, affection should be unlimited.Chase loves to chase just about anything that moves. Balls, wand toys, springs, and anything small and unusual are all fair game. In fact, some of his favorite treasures aren't even cat toys! A Q-tip or water bottle lid can provide hours of entertainment, and eventually he'll proudly carry it off to hide in his special stash.Chase also has a softer side, especially when it comes to his sister, Skye. The two were found together, and after a rough start, Skye was understandably a little unsure of new people and surroundings. Chase took it upon himself to be her protector, checking things out first and showing her that the people caring for them could be trusted. He was the first to warm up in foster care and helped Skye find her confidence along the way. Their bond is very sweet, and they make a wonderful little team.Chase has met other kittens, adult cats, small dogs, and older children in his foster home. He would do best in a calmer household with a patient family willing to give him time to settle in and show off his full personality. Calm, respectful children who have experience with cats could be a good fit, too.Chase is affectionate and loves being around people, but he's still a kitten with plenty of playing and exploring to do! If he chooses his toys over being held in the middle of playtime, don't take it personally. He'll come looking for you when he's ready for his next round of attention.Chase will need a young, playful feline companion in his forever home, and his sister Skye would be his first choice. After everything they've been through together, these two would love to continue their adventures side by side.
