Charlie loves starting his mornings with cuddles and belly rubs, often followed by a happy case of the zoomies! He enjoys playing with other small dogs and greeting familiar faces with an enthusiastic wagging tail. One of his favorite evening routines is being brushed, which makes him so happy that another round of zoomies often follows. Charlie may be a little shy at first, but once he feels comfortable, his affectionate and charming personality is sure to win your heart. Charlie had a difficult start in life, so new people and unfamiliar situations can sometimes make him nervous. With patience, kindness, and a calm environment, he continues to build confidence and show more of his sweet personality every day. Charlie also happens to be quite the little foodie!
