Meet Honey truly the sweetest girl ever.Honey came to the shelter from a hoarding situation, where she arrived underweight and understandably very shy. In her foster home, she’s working hard on gaining weight, building confidence, and learning that she’s finally safe.Right now Honey spends much of her time tucked away in her crate, especially when people are nearby, but she’s slowly starting to venture out more each day. While she’ll need a patient and loving home willing to give her time to fully blossom, underneath her shyness is the sweetest soul that just wants to be loved.Honey absolutely LOVES being brushed (perfect for this gorgeous long-haired orange girl!) and melts into pets once she feels comfortable. She tolerates medications without a single ounce of aggression and has shown nothing but sweetness to her foster mom.Honey previously lived with other cats and would likely do wonderfully with a calm feline friend to help build her confidence, though she could also thrive as an only kitty with a patient family ready to shower her with love. She hasn’t been dog tested yet, but given her gentle disposition, she may do well with a slow introduction.All Honey wants is a safe home, a soft brush, and someone willing to love her at her pace.
