❤️ MEET REGGIE — A LITTLE DOG WITH A BIG HEART! ❤️ Imagine losing the only person you've ever known, and suddenly finding yourself in a strange, frightening place, surrounded by unfamiliar faces, sounds, and smells. That was Reggie's world just a short time ago. Reggie was one of four dogs confiscated and taken to the Hesperia Shelter after they were discovered with their deceased owner. These poor dogs had lost everything familiar to them, and understandably, they were absolutely terrified. Because of their fear, the shelter designated them RESCUE ONLY, meaning they could not be adopted directly by the public. That's when Green Dog Foundation stepped in. ❤️ And now, we'd like to introduce you to the wonderful little dog behind that heartbreaking beginning! Reggie is approximately 4 years old, weighs just 14 pounds, and is believed to be a Miniature Pinscher mix. Don't let his small size fool you! Reggie is one tough little guy, both physically and emotionally. Despite everything he's been through, he has shown us just how resilient, loving, and wonderful he truly is. Reggie walks beautifully on a leash, rides well in the car, and absolutely loves being close to his people. He's not particularly fond of being crated, but given everything he's experienced, we can certainly understand why he might prefer the comfort of having someone nearby. What Reggie wants most is something so simple: a person to love, a place to feel safe, and the reassurance that he will never be left behind again. ❤️ Reggie has been given a second chance. Now all he needs is someone to give him the forever home he deserves.
