FED EX*

Description

Meet Fed Ex, the brown tabby boy kitten. Fed Ex arrived to the Shelter after being found on the Fed Ex facility in Watsonville as an injured kitten. The clinical team examined him and proceeded with an amputation of his right pelvic limb due to the extent of his injuries. After several days of observation and recovery, Fed Ex is ready to deliver all his love to his next family. To keep Fed Ex safe in his next home, he will need to be indoors only. Fed Ex will not be able to avoid dangers of wildlife and cars the same way a four legged feline can outdoors. A home with other animals may be a fit with a slow, thoughtful introduction. Please note: Our Santa Cruz location’s Shelter hours are 11-6pm, 7 days a week! Although clients can walk through and see any animals in their kennels during open hours, we end “meet and greets” (aka meeting an animal out of the kennel) at 4:30pm every day. If you’d like to meet an animal out of the kennel, please arrive before 4:00pm to allow for time to discuss individual animals and meet them.
