Currently Living at: foster in the DC area I am Looking For: My loving forever family! Hi! I'm Hank, and I am a sweet kitty! I won’t ask for much- just some love, cuddles and lots of toys so I can run and play and be my sweet self. What My Foster Says About Me: I could go on and on about sweet Hank! He first came to me a couple months ago when he was nervous and a little shut down from being in a PetSmart. For the first week or so he mostly kept to himself while he was decompressing. I started giving him free roam of the house at about the two week mark, and he quickly came out of his shell once he got to be around humans more. I call him a little shadow because wherever a human is, that’s where he wants to be. Whenever I get up from where I’m at in the house, he’ll prance over to me and walk by side and just follow me around. When he’s not near a human, he loves sleeping in the sun on one of the many cat window beds in my house. He loves looking out the windows at the people and animals that walk by the house, especially the chipmunks. He’s very cuddly and will often sleep in my bed with me most nights. He loves to run around the house, especially after dinner. He’ll just sprint around the house chasing one of the million springs I have on my floor for the cats. He really LOVES springs, and he’s often just pick them up and carry them around the house for no reason. He’s so nervous at the adoption events that I feel like people don’t get to see his true personality, but he’s so lovable, spunky, and playful when he’s somewhere he’s comfortable.
